SafeTeam was born from conversations with youth pastors, coaches, and program directors who all shared the same frustration: they wanted to keep youth safe and stay connected with their communities, but existing tools were either too complicated, too expensive, or didn't prioritize safety.
We saw organizations using generic messaging apps that offered no protection, or resorting to complicated workarounds that created more problems than they solved. Leaders were spending hours on administrative tasks instead of focusing on the young people they serve.
So we built SafeTeam—a platform designed from the ground up for organizations working with youth. Every feature, every design decision, and every line of code is driven by one question: "Does this make youth safer?"
